Shipping and Delivery
Every order is packed by our boutique team in the United States. Use this page for processing times, free shipping details, tracking help, and what to do if something arrives late or damaged.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. U.S. orders over $150 qualify for free standard shipping at checkout. Orders below that amount show live carrier rates for your zip code before you complete payment.
How long does processing take?
Most in-stock styles ship within 1 to 3 business days. During new arrival drops or sale weekends, allow up to 5 business days while we inspect and pack pieces. You will receive an email when your shipping label is created. Orders placed on weekends or holidays move to the next business day.
Can I change my shipping address after I order?
Email shop@mulberryandking.com as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address. If the label has already been printed, we will try to intercept the shipment, but carrier fees may apply once the package is in transit.
How do I track my order?
Tracking links are emailed once the carrier scans your package. If you do not see movement within 48 hours of the shipping email, check your spam folder, then message us on Instagram at @mulberryandking with your order number.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We currently ship within the U.S. only. If international shipping becomes available, we will update this page and our homepage.
What if my package arrives damaged?
Contact shop@mulberryandking.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and outer box. We will arrange a replacement or store credit when inventory allows.
